Our products, including DBOMS, Voixt AI, and bespoke Industrial AI deployments, are provided subject to a separate written agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, a warranty of any specific outcome, or a guarantee of performance.

Figures published on this website, including accuracy rates and return-on-investment estimates, are indicative. They are validated per deployment against a client's own historical data and are not a contractual commitment. Outputs of any AI system should be reviewed by a competent person before being relied upon for a decision with safety, financial, or regulatory consequences.

05Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gothi Tech LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
