04How we protect your data

Gothi Tech LLP maintains ISO 27001 certification for information security management. We apply encryption in transit (TLS 1.2/1.3) and at rest, role-based access control, and infrastructure hosted on trusted cloud platforms. For engagements involving Operational Technology data, we support on-premise and fully air-gapped deployments so that data never leaves your facility.

05Third-party services

This website uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage, with IP anonymisation enabled. Our contact form is delivered via Web3Forms. The Voixt AI assistant may be loaded to answer questions about our products.

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell personal information to any third party.

06Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to erase it sooner.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Request erasure of your personal data
  • Withdraw consent, where we rely on consent to process your data
