Full Stack Developer
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with one to three years behind them to build and maintain the web applications our clients actually run on. You will work across the whole stack — Next.js and React on the front, NestJS or Express on the back — and own features end to end rather than being handed a ticket and a wireframe.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with one to three years behind them to build and maintain the web applications our clients actually run on. You will work across the whole stack — Next.js and React on the front, NestJS or Express on the back — and own features end to end rather than being handed a ticket and a wireframe.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain web applications in Next.js and React
- Write backend services and APIs in NestJS or Express
- Design, build, and integrate REST APIs across the stack
- Build responsive UI components that are reusable rather than rewritten every sprint
- Wire frontends to backend APIs and third-party services
- Debug and resolve application issues, including the ones that only show up in production
- Work with application data and the databases behind it
- Tune performance and keep the application scalable as load grows
- Review other people's code and have yours reviewed
- Work with developers, designers, and QA — and take assigned work to done, on the date agreed
What we need
- One to three years of relevant development experience
- Strong JavaScript fundamentals, not just framework familiarity
- Solid working experience with Next.js and React
- Hands-on experience with NestJS and/or Express, and a good understanding of Node.js
- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs
- Good grasp of HTML, CSS, and responsive web development
- A working sense of what clean, reusable, maintainable code looks like — and why it matters
- Basic knowledge of at least one of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
- Comfort with Git and everyday version control
- Genuine debugging ability: you narrow a problem down rather than guess at it
- Clear communication, and the judgement to read a requirement and implement it without being walked through it
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with AWS — EC2, S3, and RDS in particular
- Exposure to application deployment and cloud infrastructure
- A habit of learning new tools because the problem needs them, not because they're new
- Ownership: you notice the thing nobody assigned and raise it
